Bu Gizlilik Politikası; OculaWork Platformu'nu kullanan çalışanları, yöneticileri, işyeri hekimlerini ve İK personelini kapsar. Platform'u işleten firma OculaWork'tür (bkz. terms.html §1 — Cimedya Bilgi Sistemleri Reklam ve Tic. A.Ş.). Çalışan verilerinin işlenmesinde Müşteri (işvereniniz) Veri Sorumlusu, OculaWork ise Veri İşleyen sıfatını taşır.

Kamera görüntünüz hiçbir zaman cihazınızdan çıkmaz. Yalnızca hesaplanan sayısal değerler sunuculara iletilir.
Görüntülü görüşmede de aynı ilke geçerlidir: hekim-çalışan görüşmesi WebRTC ile doğrudan iki cihaz arasında kurulur, ses/görüntü hiçbir sunucuda kaydedilmez/saklanmaz. Görüşme sırasında hesaplanan yaklaşık nabız ve yorgunluk/stres göstergeleri yalnızca o an görüşmedeki hekime gösterilir, kalıcı tarama geçmişinize eklenmez ve görüşme bitiminden birkaç saniye sonra teknik bağlantı kaydıyla birlikte otomatik silinir.
Verileriniz hiçbir üçüncü tarafla, reklam amacıyla veya ticari amaçla paylaşılmaz. Verileriniz yalnızca:

This Privacy Policy covers employees, managers, occupational physicians, and HR personnel who use the OculaWork Platform. The company operating the Platform is OculaWork (see terms.html §1 — Cimedya Bilgi Sistemleri Reklam ve Tic. A.Ş.). Regarding employee data, the Customer (your employer) is the Data Controller, and OculaWork is the Data Processor.

Your camera footage never leaves your device. Only computed numerical values are sent to servers.
The same principle applies to video calls: physician-employee calls are established directly between two devices via WebRTC; audio/video is never recorded or stored on any server. The approximate pulse and fatigue/stress indicators computed during the call are shown only to the physician on that call, are never added to your permanent scan history, and are automatically deleted along with the technical connection record a few seconds after the call ends.

As of today, the Platform does not use a classic HTTP cookie; it uses browser local storage (localStorage) only for language preference and session management. No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies/tools are used. See terms.html §14 for details.
